1. Product review
We review your tech pack, reference, measurements, quantity, fabric direction, artwork, destination and required date.
2. Pattern and materials
Develop or refine the pattern, source suitable fabric and trims, and document the bill of materials.
3. Sample approval
Check fit, measurements, construction, colour, decoration, labels and finishing before bulk authorization.
4. Controlled production
Use approved specifications, in-line checks and final inspection to manage consistency across the order.
5. Brand finishing
Coordinate woven or printed labels, care labels, hangtags, embroidery, printing and retail packaging.
6. Delivery planning
Confirm cartons, documents and DDP or DDU responsibilities before the production-complete date.

What does cut and sew manufacturing mean?
The garment is developed from fabric, pattern pieces and a controlled specification rather than simply adding a logo to a finished blank.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Projects can be reviewed from 50 units where fabric, colour, construction and decoration requirements allow.
Can SHENGDE develop a pattern from a reference?
Yes. A reference garment, measurements and design direction can begin development, although a complete tech pack gives the clearest control.
How long does sampling take?
Our target is within 15 days after the specification and materials are confirmed; complex products may require additional development rounds.
Ready for a production review?
Send your tech pack or reference, quantities by colour and size, fabric direction, artwork, destination and target date. We will identify the decisions needed for sampling and quotation.
