Sample Policy: Approve Before You Commit
Every SHENGDE program is sample-first. You hold and approve the physical garment before any bulk production begins — that is the rule, not an option.
From brief to approved sample
What we developA physical garment in your target fabric and construction, with fit, decoration, labels and packaging sampled where specified.
Sample cost estimateUSD 80–250 by style and complexity — final cost confirmed per project.
Sample targetWithin 15 days after specification, materials and artwork are confirmed.
IterationsAdjustments are reviewed and re-sampled until fit, fabric and finish meet your approval.
Approval gateBulk production starts only after you approve the physical sample.

Do I pay for the sample before approval?
Sample costs are confirmed up front and itemized. The sample is developed before bulk; the cost is applied to your project planning.
Can I start without a tech pack?
Yes — reference garments, images and measurement charts can all start development. We identify missing information with you.
What if the sample does not match my reference?
We iterate: fit, fabric and finish are adjusted and re-sampled until they match your approved direction.
Is the sample mine to keep?
Yes, the physical sample is shipped to you for review before any bulk commitment.
