Which outerwear styles can you develop?
We can review coach jackets, bombers and other light-to-midweight styles based on a complete specification.
Why is outerwear MOQ project-specific?
Shell, lining, insulation, zippers and other trims often have separate supplier minimums, so the order minimum is confirmed after review.
Is a tech pack required?
A tech pack is preferred. Reference garments and clear drawings can also be used to begin a development discussion.
How is bulk quality controlled?
Materials, measurements, construction, trims and finishing are checked against the approved sample and specification.
How long does sample development take?
Sample development typically takes 15 days after the specification, materials and artwork are reviewed. Complex designs or custom-developed materials may require additional time; the final schedule is confirmed in the quotation.
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production typically takes 25–35 days after sample approval and production details are confirmed. The final schedule depends on the design, materials, processes and order quantity and is confirmed in the quotation.
