What is your MOQ?
The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per style per colour. Fabric and decoration requirements may affect how the order is planned.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. We confirm the sampling schedule after reviewing the specification, materials and artwork.
Can you work without a tech pack?
Yes. Reference garments, images, measurement charts and artwork can all start a project — we help identify missing information.
Can you develop custom fabrics and fits?
Yes. Fabric composition, GSM, hand feel and fit are developed from your targets and validated on physical samples.
Do you offer full private labeling?
Yes — woven neck labels, size and care labels, hangtags, branded packaging and custom trims are part of the program.
How long does sampling take?
Timing depends on pattern work, fabric sourcing and decoration complexity. The sampling schedule is confirmed after the specification review.
How long does bulk production take?
Lead time depends on the product design, fabric, decoration and order quantity. We confirm the project schedule with the quotation and approved sample.
Do you ship DDP?
Yes. DDP and DDU delivery options can be discussed based on destination, shipment size, timeline and buyer import requirements.
Can you reproduce a reference garment?
Yes. We can reverse-engineer a reference garment into a specification — fit, fabric, construction and finishing — while keeping your design confidential.
How do you protect customer designs?
Your designs remain confidential and are not reproduced, displayed or shared without permission. NDAs can be signed on request.
