When does production actually start?
Only after you approve the physical sample and confirm the quotation. You never commit to bulk before approval.
Can I visit or inspect production?
We share photo and video updates at each milestone; video factory checks can be arranged for serious orders.
What happens if bulk differs from the sample?
Checkpoints are designed to catch deviations early. If an issue is found, we correct it before packing.
How is delivery handled?
DDP or DDU options are confirmed with your quotation, including timeline and import duties where applicable.
