Your designs remain confidential and will not be reproduced, displayed or shared without permission. This commitment covers patterns, artwork, samples and production records.
Confidentiality commitment
Patterns, tech packs, artwork, samples and production specifications for your projects are treated as confidential. They are not shown in our portfolio, used for other clients or shared with third parties without your written permission.
Access control
Project files are accessible only to the team members working on your order. Records are retained for reorder support and deleted or returned on request.
NDA on request
We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share tech packs or reference garments. Just request it when you start a project.
Reference garments
Reference garments you send for development are used only to build your specification and are returned or securely disposed of as you prefer.
